Don't hesitate to use this service. I had a broken SMEG Range and from first contact to the end of the job I felt like a valued customer. Good communication, the engineer was on time, listened to me, picked up on something in my description of what was going on, and pretty much went straight to the fault. A loose micro-switch unit. A simple fix, no selling unneeded parts to make more money. A good honest service at a great price.
Jim was efficient and great communication from him, I knew exactly what I was paying for. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and came back to install the new part. Very easy and oven back to new.
