A professional, speedy service from contact to repair. Same day call out. Lots of communication and time updates. Nick was excellent. Very professional, friendly and quickly identified the problem.
The service provided by NAC was exceptional. An engineer visited to assess the repair. As new parts were required, they were ordered by NAC and the same engineer came to install them. The fridge freezer was repaired quickly and without any mess. I would use NAC again.
The husband and wife team were able to come within a few days, explain what they were doing as they went, find the fault, fix it and fully test the system, all within the hour. Happy with the whole experience. Will use again.
