Coby was great. Explained everything as he went. Made sure I knew exactly what was going on and checked in before doing anything that would cost extra too.

After finding NAC online, we arranged an appointment, the engineer turned up on time, and did a temp repair and then arranged to get a replacement switch. This was installed on time. Overall, a fine service, at a reasonable cost. I would use NAC again.
