quick at solving problem clean and tidy
Our cooker did not come up to temperature so when I opened the oven expecting to have our Sunday lunch cooked, it was still not done. I wrote about our problem online to NAC that day and an engineer came to fit a new element in on the Wednesday. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the engineer attending had the actual part on his van. The engineer fitted it quickly and proficiently, was very pleasant and approachable, we were very pleased with the service provided.
Very happy with the service provided, all information was sent directly to me either by email or WhatsApp, which was very convenient. I was informed on service date and time, these were very accurate. A part wasn't available on the first visit, so another date was scheduled and kept to accordingly. I am so glad I found this excellent company. My cooker broke down (oven and grill) I called NAC and the very next day, a very professional and friendly tradesman knocked on my door and had my cooker back to full working order in no time. All this for a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!
Can't fault Charlie the engineer. My oven broke on a Monday and the engineer couldn't come until Thursday, then he needed to order a part and come back the following week to fit it, so I was without an oven for a while. I recognise NAC probably has little control over how quickly parts arrive, but I'd encourage them to be a bit more honest about service level estimates.
Our oven was mended in minutes. The repair guy turned up on time and even had the part we needed on his van, even though it wasn't a common one.
