On time, efficient and very helpful. Although the problem was not self-evident, the engineer tested all possibilities and explained clearly what to do if it reoccurs.
Had a very good experience with this company. Our induction hob stopped working and needed a specialist engineer. They came same day, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and checked it thoroughly before signing off. Very clear comms throughout.
