Nick the engineer arrived promptly and explained everything regarding my fridge/freezer. He left the premises clean and tidy. A very pleasant engineer.
The whole experience was excellent. The booking was handled quickly, politely and efficiently. The engineer came on time, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He returned a week later to fit it and my tumble dryer now works brilliantly. Top marks all round.
The engineer arranged a prompt visit for Saturday morning and was able to fit the part that he brought with him. It solved our problem.
The engineer arrived promptly and as arranged. He was clean, wore a uniform and had proper identification. The repair was made quickly and efficiently. We will use NAC again if needed and hope to get the same gent.
