The booking of the appointment was quick and easy. Tom sent a text and answered some questions I had. He arrived on time and was friendly and informative. Sadly he was unable to fix my 12 year old AEG dishwasher as the parts were no longer available.
Quick and easy to arrange the appointment and the repair was done very efficiently, exactly as scheduled. No fuss and no waiting around. Happy to recommend them to anyone locally.
Easy to arrange the appointment. Tom kept me updated throughout. A spare part was needed so a second appointment was arranged, and it was all very efficient from start to finish.
Tom did the original assessment of my cooker, explained the issues and ordered the spare parts, making sure I got the best prices. He arrived within the time slot, was clean and tidy, and finished the repair in a reasonable timeframe.
Excellent service, the engineer fixed the problem very quickly. Polite and helpful. Paid the basic call out fee as it was a pipe blockage and no spares were required. Would definitely recommend.
