We had Graeme out to fix our leaking washing machine. He found the issue quickly and was able to come sooner than expected with the replacement part. He also replaced the plug which had corroded and didn't become apparent until he was testing it. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend.
My washer drier jammed mid cycle and wouldn't drain out. I was put in touch with a named engineer who gave me a next day appointment then texted a time slot in the morning. Jack came and cleared the blockage, was a courteous and tidy worker, and the call out fee covered everything. I would highly recommend Jack who works for NAC.
