Wayne kept in touch, arrived exactly when he said he would and did the job efficiently and with good humour!
A amazing quick response to my request for an engineer visit, the following day in fact, meant that I was back up and running with my appliance almost immediately.
A defunct machine. The engineer could not do any repairs as the problem was the motor and machine was too old to get a replacement. However he was very helpful and courteous and the conclusion as expected was a new machine.
The call handler was very helpful and the engineer arrived within a few minutes. Job now complete.
The repair was carried out in a timely and efficient way with plenty of communication and updates from NAC. The reason for dropping one star is that I discovered minor damage to one of the parts fitted.
The engineer was very knowledgeable. He explained the problem in easy to understand terms.
