The engineer arrived during the service window I was given, which was helpful as I do work full time and had to arrange my day around this. He checked my freezer unit and reset the control board. He advised that if the unit had the same problem again, the control board would need to be replaced, but I appreciated that he did not replace it immediately, to try and save me the cost. Unfortunately the unit has the same issue 10 days later, so no doubt I will need a new control board!
