The man that came to repair my Washing Machine was friendly helpful knowledgeable and good at his job. It didn't take long for him to get job done.
Overall from initial contact with the sale right through to completion the service was excellent and would recommend the service as being above the call of duty.
Engineer turned up on time, diagnosed the problem with our fridge freezer, ordered the parts and returned to complete the repair 2 days later. Friendly and helpful. We thought this was excellent service.
Good service, the technician first visited my home to diagnose the problem and fixed the problem on the second visit.
Next day appointment booked after speaking to a helpful call handler. The engineer called to say he was 15 minutes away, asked questions and quickly identified the issue. He took payment which was the exact price of the call out and labour as informed on the initial call. No parts were required so no further costs. A very honest company. Would definitely use them again.
