NAC provided an excellent and speedy repair service for my Samsung freezer at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely plan to use them again should the need arise for any of my household appliances.
Very efficient, the engineer was polite and friendly, which to an older person is very important. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back 2 days later to repair my oven. I would definitely recommend this company to other people.
Took all details of the fault and an engineer called almost immediately and visited within half an hour. Understood the issue and has ordered the part needed. Very efficient and professional service.

Arrived on time, sorted the problem, was very helpful.
The initial visit to diagnose the issue was carried out very promptly by a first rate engineer. However, I was slightly disappointed with how long it took to obtain the spare part. That said, I would most definitely use NAC again. I also like the pricing structure, with all labour included and spares priced separately for approval before any work is done.
