The service provided by NAC was exceptional. An engineer visited to assess the repair, new parts were ordered, and the same engineer came back to install them. The fridge freezer was fixed quickly and without any mess. I would use NAC again.
The lady on the phone making the appointment was pleasant, understanding and efficient. The repair guy came the same day and called ahead of arriving. Friendly and did the job well. Very happy, and I've already recommended them to a friend.
The company kept us informed the whole time and the engineer came when he said he would. Both the engineer and the people I spoke to on the phone were very polite. If we have problems with our other white goods, NAC will be our first port of call.
I was told I was first on the list and Nathan arrived at 8am. He quickly identified the problem and sorted it. He also gave me some helpful advice on caring for the dishwasher going forward.
