Easy to say what the issue is and to book an appointment. Price is good for what is required.
Excellent service. Rang before visit to say en route. Professional and efficient service.
Initial contact when booking was very good, helpful and informative. Engineer contacted evening before with approx time of arrival, arrived at that time, was polite helpful and patient efficient and repaired the oven door.
I had a very old (18 years) gas cooker on which the door seals had perished. The engineer came to assess the problem and was sure it could be repaired. He obtained the parts and fitted them. He was very polite punctual and went above and beyond to resolve a problem arising from the repair.
He was very helpful and explained what the problem could be.
