Although I did not need a repair my total experience with NAC was courteous and considerate.
Very easy to make an appointment, could have come the next day but I was not in. Arrived within 5 mins of allotted time. Very nice and knowledgeable engineer. Soon found the dishwasher's fault and sorted it. No mess, left instructions for first wash after repair. Highly recommend.
Very efficient communication from NAC, great booking and update system. Repair engineer was very efficient and repaired our cooker on the day by replacing the heating element. Very pleased. I was advised of the cost before fitting. Overall a very efficient service and I would recommend the company.

The engineer turned up between the agreed hours and was polite and knowledgeable. He quoted a price to fit a new programmed main board to our Samsung EcoWash, but the cost was prohibitive.
The engineer who came was great. Friendly, competent and tidy. Diagnosed the problem, and came back later and fixed my dishwasher. Now works great.
