First class service. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
Problem with washing machine was dealt with quickly, professionally and fully explained what was wrong. Also explained to call back if issue returned.
The lady we spoke to had a lovely phone manner and we received an appointment for the following morning, which was brilliant as we did not ring till late. We sorted the problem ourselves and cancelled, and our call out fee was refunded. Very professional.
The engineer arrived on time. He explained the problem and fixed it.
Prompt visit by the engineer, identified the problem, new part ordered, delivered and installed within a few days. Excellent service.
An engineer was organised very quickly. Jack came to see the job and tried to get a part locally that day. That was unsuccessful, so he ordered it and fitted it as soon as it arrived. Good communication and tidied up when finished.
