The service and help received from our appointed engineer Nathan was fantastic. A not so straightforward fault was identified, parts ordered, and resolved very quickly and with no fuss or drama.
Great service from start to finish. Nathan came out to us, very professional and texted beforehand to give a time of visit. Can't fault anything.
Quick response to email, even though it was a Sunday night. Next day phone call with a time of visit. Told up front of the replacement cost and the engineer was always on time, pleasant and respectful of my home. I will definitely be using them again.
