Quick and easy service to use. An engineer was with me the next day. He was very honest and explained that with the age of the appliance if it could be repaired, it would not last for long. He was back the next day and fitted a new fridge freezer, which I am very happy with. Great job well done and an honest tradesman.
Friendly efficient service when I rang in, with good communications. Chris the engineer was excellent! He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and did a first class job replacing the door seal on my Miele washing machine. He gave me lots of very useful advice and tips on how to look after my machine. I highly recommend him!
Dishwasher faulty, telephoned and got a really pleasant reply with cost quoted, booked a call for me the next day, later the same day an engineer phoned to say he wasn't that far away if I was in, I was so he called and very swiftly had the dishwasher out and repaired very quickly and efficiently. Really pleased especially as it was leading up to Christmas!
Contacted NAC and they scheduled an engineer within two days. The cooker was confirmed faulty and replaced the next day. Fast, efficient service and a very helpful, flexible engineer.
