The whole process of booking a repair was very simple. The engineer visited on the day specified and completed the repair as required.
From my first phone call my details and the problem with my range cooker were reported, and a technician contacted me within the hour. He came the same day, identified the problem and ordered the required component. He returned two days later and fitted the part. I now have a fully functioning cooker.
