I received confirmation of booking by email and text promptly from NAC. Jack, the engineer, contacted me quickly to arrange an appointment. He found the problem on my cooker, ordered the part and had it fitted and working by Monday. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Job well done.
Engineer arrived first thing, went over the costs before starting and completed the repair as agreed. In and out in less than 45 minutes. The machine is going well and if I have future issues I will call them first. Service was second to none.
I am so glad I found this company. My cooker broke down, the oven and grill both went. I called NAC and the very next day a professional, friendly tradesman knocked on my door and had it back to full working order in no time. Reasonable price too.
Jack identified the problem. We let the fridge freezer defrost for 48 hours, then he did an extra clean on the drain tube, which it really needed. All well and working now. Clear, thorough job from start to finish.
Great communication from the engineer and very friendly throughout. He was able to identify the problem straight away and returned to fix the issue once he had the correct part. Really pleased with how it was handled.
