From arranging the appointment and costs to the engineer coming out, it was a professional service. He contacted us twice about his arrival time, was courteous, soon repaired our oven door and explained how to prevent it happening again. Would happily recommend.
Fast and efficient with very good communication. Sayed fixed the catch on one of the oven doors, which was the main reason for the callout, and the charge was reduced when the gas jet couldn't be looked at that day. Courteous and professional.
NAC repaired my induction hob. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I was kept up to date at every stage of the process. I would happily recommend them.
Wish we'd contacted NAC first. Once I'd booked online, the engineer Haydn came quickly and identified the issue. I got regular updates on when the parts would arrive and the repair was completed within days. Great knowledge and communication, would definitely recommend.
Can't fault Seved who came to our aid twice. Unfortunately the appliance was dead and could not be revived, so a new dishwasher has now been fitted as a replacement, by myself.
