After a couple of terrible experiences with other appliance repair companies, I was very happy to find NAC Repair. The lady on the phone was super kind and arranged my visit within minutes. The engineer, John, was polite, professional and very honest. Highly recommend.
Booking was easy and I didn't have to wait too long for an appointment. The engineer gave me a decent heads up of the timing, turned up when he said he would, and fixed my hob. I am delighted, and will use the company again if I need to.
I'm only commenting on the phone service to arrange the engineer as the job hasn't been done yet. Phone was answered on the first ring and the job was arranged for the following working day. Helen who answered was very helpful.
Your engineer was very professional and polite. He was able to find the problem quickly but a spare part is required and I now have the price for that part.
