What a truly excellent service. From my initial phone call, which was answered promptly and courteously at 8.30 a.m. to the repair completed on our dishwasher. The engineer, Jordan, rang a few times to update us on timing. His approach was first class: pleasant and friendly and we immediately felt reassured that he was completely competent. Our Bosch dishwasher is perfect, thank you so much.
