After hearing a terrible noise on the spin cycle of my washer I called NAC and was able to get someone to come out within an hour and a half. The problem was a zipper toggle that had got wedged in the filter. It was back up and running within half an hour.

The engineer came out quickly and diagnosed a lock issue on the washing machine. He had to order a part whilst we were on holiday and fixed it the next available day we were back, in quick time. Excellent service and the engineer was a nice fella.
