Quick and efficient.
Excellent communication from start of booking to completion. Professional throughout visit.
Next day visit. I have used this company a couple of times now and trust them to do a good efficient service with excellent results. Having an American fridge freezer is always a worry that they won't get the parts, but I have found that they have gone above and beyond to repair without me having the expense of buying a new one. Thank you to Nicholas the engineer.

The reviews for the company were good, so booked an engineer to repair my washing machine. The booking system was easy and efficient with good communication. The initial visit was to assess the problem, which was done quickly and parts quoted on the spot. Once accepted online and paid, the next visit was booked the same week to fit the new pump. The engineer was prompt, polite and efficient, leaving the appliance running correctly and the area clean and tidy.
They were very polite and professional. The problem with the machine was located and the repair done in no time. Couldn't ask for more. Would recommend.
