I was expecting the worst as there seemed to be an electrical fault in our dishwasher which might have required a new machine. The engineer came the day after I called and traced the fault to a faulty earth in a pretty inaccessible socket behind another machine. I was impressed he was equipped to trace a fault that was not even in the machine. Much relief all round!
NAC responded promptly and sent a technician to repair my fridge freezer on a date convenient to me. He ordered a part for the repair and returned within a week to fix the problem.
Company was professional and quick, and the bill was not horrendous. Call out, parts and labour on a tumble dryer repair was under £100, so it saved me a fortune on a new machine.
Good communication and the service engineer was done in one visit. Would highly recommend and on time, thank you.
Really good experience with NAC responding to a problem with my fridge freezer. Quick response time and resolution by Kam the engineer, who took the trouble to explain the process he was using to diagnose the problem and how it would be fixed. Based on this experience I will use this company again. Great service.
