Friendly professional service, problem quickly identified and fixed.
Would highly recommend NAC. We dealt initially with Sarah who was able to book us a next day appointment for an engineer to take a look at our freezer which had packed up after a short power outage.
The engineer managed to fix the dishwasher which had been broken for some time, which save us getting a new one. He was very polite and explained the issue clearly.
