Very easy and very quick to get someone to look at the problem. The engineer who covers our area was Barry. He was very friendly and professional, he phoned us prior to his visit. He mended our washer and was very tidy.
Easy online booking system, fees are clear and transparent and at an excellent price. I shall update when my cooker is fixed with an update on my experience. So far the service I have received is excellent.
Easy fast service, excellent communication with the engineer, arrived on time and as stated.
Booked online @ 8pm on Friday and the engineer was with me by 11am Monday. Relatively simple job but the engineer was very good and polite. Company saved for any future jobs.
