Easy booking and good availability. Good communication from the engineer throughout. Sorted my Smeg fridge freezer without any fuss, exactly what I was after.
Can't recommend this company enough. Came at the time he said (think his name was Alex) and I still got to my own appointment on time. Really pleased with the tumble dryer repair.
Excellent service from start to finish. The coordinator was very helpful and the engineer was informative and professional. Knew exactly what the problem was with the cooker and dealt with it properly.
The repair man immediately spotted the problem. Didn't make me feel foolish when he discovered the large rubber band at the bottom of my dishwasher wasn't part of the machine but had come off a plastic lid!
Rang the office at 9:15 and a couple of hours later the job was done. Jason texted to say he was on his way, was friendly and efficient. Had the part on his van and told me the cost before going ahead.
Amazing company for an urgent repair. They sent an engineer the next morning, temporarily fixed the fridge, then returned once the part arrived and finished it in under 15 minutes. Super professional. Thanks NAC, much appreciated!
Oven problems. Quickly diagnosed the fault, got the spare part and fixed it within a few minutes, all while petting my cat and being friendly. Efficient service and not as pricey as I'd expected.
Although no repair or replacement part was needed, the man who came was polite and helpful. He inspected the machine and reassured me on my concerns, which were nothing to worry about. Now I have peace of mind.
