This company is professional, polite and friendly. The booking process is clear and easy to follow. The engineer let me know when he set off and when he arrived, and he was a very tidy worker who cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
The repair man made the experience. He was very engaging and told me about all the various tests he was conducting as he went along. Really happy with the whole thing.
My dog chewed the door seal on my washing machine and it started leaking. They sent an engineer the very next day to change it. He even noticed it wasn't levelled properly and sorted that too. Really pleased, I'll use them again.
The washing machine broke on Sunday and I wasn't expecting a next day repair, but I got an appointment for Monday, confirmed straight away with a time frame. The engineer was friendly and polite and had it fixed and checked within 30 minutes.
The lady on the phone was very helpful making an appointment to fix my double oven. The engineer explained the timer had gone, took it all apart, checked everything and got it working again. Friendly and professional, would highly recommend.
Upper cooker grill and oven fixed with a replacement element, done very efficiently. The engineer knew exactly what the problem was and sorted it without any fuss on the day.
