The engineer carefully examined our fridge freezer and told us how much it would cost to repair it, answering my questions directly and honestly. He also made a good recommendation for what I should replace it with, should I wish to do so.
Hob ignition problem. Cheap compared to Bosch. Engineer rang me and arranged to come on a Sunday. Worked hard for 40 minutes and repaired without charging for a part. Nice guy.
Clear messaging as to when the engineer would arrive. He knew exactly what to do and had the right spare part in his van, even though the needed part was not what he expected. Quickly and efficiently replaced it and tested the cooker. Pricing was clear.
Rapid response, turned up on time, polite and friendly, and repaired the appliance speedily (faulty oven fan).
Repair was easy to arrange and was carried out quickly and efficiently. The NAC engineer was competent and communicative. Overall it was a bit pricey but full use of our dishwasher was restored within 48 hours of the initial enquiry.
