Problem with our hob, easy & efficient to book the repair with Charlotte in Customer service & Hayden the engineer kept us updated & arrived in the time slot & was able to repair the hob for us. Both very polite, professional & efficient. Would recommend

it was easy to contact NAC they quickly organised an engineer who contacted me direct and despite having to visit twice due to more things broken than first thought he ordered all the parts and came back within a few days after the parts had arrived and he had the oven working fully again i would recommend them and their engineers for getting g the job done quickly and with no fuss

Unfortunately it was beyond repair therefore left it at that.
Efficient service though and didn’t encourage repairs to something that wasn’t going to last.
