Raised on line query late evening, phone call back early following morning, engineer visit arranged for next working day. Fixed oven on first visit, very impressed
Although I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment. The engineer arrived on time and was very efficient. Diagnosed the problem and got the replacement parts within a day. Very happy with the price and and the service.

Firstly this is a local company. Secondly, they charge a lot less that the Samsung appointed agent and thirdly, the engineer was all about saving me money and doing a good job. I don’t want anything else from a company.
