Generally very good, excellent engineer, but had to wait seven days to complete the repair. I would also query the cost of the part although genuine Miele it was very expensive for a little thermostat just on £70 you can buy them for about £20 on line
James was super efficient.he explained why my tumble dryer was not working and how it could be remedied. Explained different functions which I was not aware of and gave me other tips for using my machine more efficiently.

I had to cancel my repair visit, as I was able to power up my washing machine, which had earlier refused to power up. I was able to cancel the engineer’s visit without any problems and at no cost. Great service, and I will use the company again when needed. Thank you.
