I was kept informed of arrival time by repair engineer.he was prompt on time given and was polite and explained all the problems with the repair and gave me a cost of repair.
Clear messaging as to when the engineer would arrive.
Engineer knew exactly what to do and had the right spare part in his van (even though the needed part was not what he expected).
Quickly and efficiently replaced part and tested cooker.

Can’t fault them. Requested a visit from the website, I was updated and booked in with a flash, had a message from the engineer with a date and time about an hour later. Overall, pretty tops and Ken, my engineer, was a right giggle. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from NAC I could not be happier. The fan on my main oven decided to stop working and after a quick search on Google I came across NAC and I’m extremely happy I did. One quick phone call to them and I was booked in and a service engineer came and diagnosed the problem and a new part was ordered all within 72 hours, with WhatsApp and email messages keeping me well up to date on the cost and when the engineer would be back to fit the part. Within the following week the same very polite and smart young man came back and fitted the new fan tested the over and had all put back and cleaned up in less than an hour. I am more than happy to recommend NAC and will be definitely using them again should I have any unforseen problems in the future with any of my kitchen appliances.
