I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Their communication is 5 star, letting you know when your appointment is, when the engineer is arriving and giving you options to change. This was so refreshing to me rather than me having to wait in all day. Their engineer was polite and efficient. As I needed parts to complete my repair, these were ordered and fitted as soon as they arrived- I just had to pay for the part. Very pleased

Excellent service and communication I was kept informed throughout the whole process. My cooker is over 20 years old and I had little hope of repair but it was thoroughly inspected and a quote was sent through for parts that I was given time to look over before deciding whether to go ahead.
Parts were ordered and it is now fully working can’t recommend highly enough
