I phoned to book an engineer to come out to my Neff oven. The circotherm heating element had died. Within an hour of phoning an engineer arrived and replaced the heating coil with a new one. he was pleasant and efficient. I will use NAC again.
The lady i spoke to I cannot remember her name which is why we bonded so much as i couldn’t remember if i had a part fitted the last time they attended because i am going through the menopause, she was so friendly and understanding, she even shared some tips to help me, i can remember how efficient they were thats why i have returned after they did such a good job last time, i have got an appointment for the following day which is fantastic, i would definitely recommend

Great experience all round when it came to fixing my washing machine. Adrian was friendly and worked diligently to diagnose and then fix the issue, even having to come back on another day. He took the time to try and fix other issues too relating to how the machine fit into the cabinet space. Would highly recommend to others.
