The booking was quick and easy. We were contacted straight away and were given an accurate time. Our engineer Barry was on time and very efficient and fixed the problem. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I thought my old Miele washing machine was at the end of its life but Faisal sent from Excel Repairs Ltd diagnosed the problem very quickly. It was a build up of residue ( over a lot of years) in a place I couldn’t clean but he gave me some tips to help keep this inner pipework clear for longer .

Quick attendance and useful advice to avoid future problems
The problem was traced to a small bit of fluff which was stopping the dishwasher working and it is now working fine again- a really pleasant guy who gave me confidence that he had found the problem which another man a few weeks ago from another company had failed to find or fix- will certainly use this company again
