My Neff oven needed a new light and when we tried to change the bulb it came away from its screw end leaving that end stuck in the roof of the oven. In trying to remove it the handle wires were damaged and it would no longer spring back. We rang NAS and Sam came along and repaired both. We were very pleased with his work.

Had an issue with my American fridge freezer. Ashley the engineer who attended was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Unfortunately it requires a new compressor which is an expensive part and given the age of my fridge freezer NAC has recommended I replace it rather than go ahead with the repair. Straightforward and honest advice. I would definitely use this company again.
