Engineer called on time the next day, identified the fault in 10 minutes. We had to wait for 4 days for a replacement part for the Neff oven but NAC kept us informed and again the engineer came on time and completed the repair and tested the oven inside an hour. A good job.

I had asked for an engineers appointment, but no one was available until after the weekend, to late, a freezer problem! I tried ringing around, but received the same answer. Then Becky from NAC rang me, and advised me that they had an engineer available, and would I like to book. I have done so. And compliment them for doing their best to help in a very friendly and competent manner.
