Even though the engineer was unable to fix the cooker hood the engineer was warm friendly polite and helpful I would highly recommend nac to all my family and friends

Great service to fix our dishwasher. Would reccomend this firm for quick, reliable repairs.
I couldn’t fit in a next day appointment, but fixed a visit at a very convenient time for me a few days later. Good communication with the engineer who arrived on time. He assessed the problem of the green flashing lights and a reluctance to work properly and the dishwasher seems to be back to normal again with a few tweaks, no need for any spare parts. Advice given on what to do to keep it in good working order, or what to replace it with if, due to its advancing years, it does actually conk out. With luck, it won’t!
Charlotte took my call, very efficiently and arranged for an engineer to turn call the following day. He arrived and soon had the problem with our oven sorted and did a fab repair job. Great service ftom the initial phone call to the job being done. We were updated as to the time the engineer was going to arrive, what a blessing that was.
The engineer was punctual, knowledgeable, organised and efficient. He was also a pleasant chap who explained everything he was doing.
Our 3 year old Miele dishwasher was displaying an error code and would not run. NAC sent an engineer on the same afternoon who was able to remedy the problem at a fraction of the price we had been quoted by Miele. We are very satisfied customers. Thank you NAC!
