Booked an engineer to sort out fault alarm on my new fridge freezer. Got email to confirm appoint and a phone call on day of visit. Engineer arrived on time, very knowledgeable and proffessional, fixed the fault in no time. Excellent work, thank you.
Straightforward online booking form, with clear pricing information. An SMS confirmation of my booking was sent to me immediately and on the morning of the appointment, another SMS was sent to confirm the name of the engineer who then also rang me when he was around 15mins away. He was professional, friendly and quickly ascertained that it was the plug socket that was faulty rather than the washing machine. Highly recommended.

Firstly , I was very impressed that this company could send someone the next day to look at my oven , The engineer came on time, was pleasant , polite and respectful of my property even taking his shoes off at rhe door. Unfortunately my oven could not be repaired as the parts were obsolete, but the engineer went to great lengths to try and identify what was wrong with my oven. I would definitely recommend this company and I would not hesitate to use them again if I needed to .
After some confusion about the appt date Jason arrived and sorted out the problem for us. He was pleasant and efficient.
