The engineer arrived and knew straight away what the problem was. Made enquiries re cost of parts. After a short discussion I decided to put the cost of replacement parts towards a new washing machine. The engineer was very polite and explained things in a way that was easy to understand.
I found the whole process very reassuring, being able to speak over the phone to NAC repairs , allowing me to describe my problem , and to know immediately they would follow up to arrange the repair , and keep me informed. They also assisted to get same day repair for me, I really appreciated their understanding and was so grateful to hear from the repair engineer so quickly.A great service all the way through start to finish. Next I received a call from the the person who is going to call and fix my cooker again very helpful and organised a time slot.
