The engineer Harry was such a nice young man sorted my washing machine out and repaired the seal on the door do I didn’t have to buy a seal

I called about a problem with our dishwasher door and had a technician scheduled within a couple of days. The technician was professional and friendly. He ordered the parts needed and returned a week later to finish the repair. Dishwasher is good as new. I had confidence that the technician knew what he was doing. He took great care in doing the work. Tidy and efficient.

We had faulty Rangemaster fan assisted oven not regulaing temperature. We had engineer come inespect and diagnose parts required. We dukly agreed for the parts to be ordered. Same day order for paryts came,we duly paid. Parts came within 2 weeks,then they were fitted . Range master works as it should again now. Our Engineer was Haydn from start to finish. I have to add that Haydn identified a gas fault upon our Dual fuel cooker. Hence we had gas safe engineer come and fit new gas supply hose. All good again and now super safe. We could have had a serious issue if Gas supply fault wasnt identified…Well done NAC and Haydn.
