Last week, I noticed that my refrigerator was starting to have problems: the freezer wasn’t freezing properly, and the bottom was collecting water. It was obvious that something was wrong, so I decided to call a parts technician to fix the problem. The technician arrived on time the next day, which I was very pleased about. He was in uniform and brought with him a briefcase full of tools and some testing equipment. After a brief explanation of the problem, he immediately got to work. First, he inspected the motor and the cooling system. Within a few minutes, he determined that the problem was related to a fault in the conduction system, which was preventing the freezer from reaching the ideal temperature. He explained everything patiently, making sure that I understood what was happening and what would be necessary to fix it. He disassembled the back of the refrigerator to clear the clogged drain. While he worked, he was very organized, keeping the area clean and avoiding any mess. Before he left, he also gave me some maintenance tips, such as defrosting the freezer regularly and avoiding overloading the refrigerator.
Was concerned that call out fee may be wasted as this is quite an old cooker and spare parts may no longer be available. But Chris attended to it all very quickly and pleasantly and soon found the part in question in his van. It was also relatively inexpensive. So I am delighted to have my oven working again as it is almost like being reunited with an old friend. Thank you to all concerned
