The engineer, Bob, arrived the same day as the call was made. Unfortunately the washing machine couldn’t be repaired. Bob advised on the best machines to consider and he would be able to fit it including new electrics.

Excellent communication throughout. Initial call was dealt with courteously and efficiently. Similarly, email communication regarding subsequent visits and spares was clear and timely.
Keith, the technician arrived bang on time for each visit, quickly diagnosed exactly what the problem was and identified the parts needed to get my dishwasher back in working order.
A further appointment to instal the parts had the dishwasher up running in no time.
On top of all of that the cost of the service was really reasonable.
