It was easy to arrange. Given this was just before Christmas, our wait was short, we were contacted on the morning of the visit, and within five minutes thereafter by the engineer who was prompt, courteous, efficient, had the necessary part and left us soon after with a working oven and minimal tidying to do. A great experience.

Easy system to request a time. They called back to discuss during working hours and booked my preferred slot in. Arrived within time slot and fixed the problem- would recommend and use again.
Our cooker died just days before Christmas, and these guys came within 2 days and sorted it. The man who came had all the parts needed, and was finished within half an hour.

From initial contact by telephone to establish if NAC would be able to undertake repair, staff took all details of same my contact address which would come under there remit. Advised of approximate time window when engineer James would make 1st contact this was followed by e-mail giving relevant information. Also advised to payment method and price.
On day if repair and as time window approached call received and James arrived earlier. Very pleasant gentleman experienced in his field on giving issue with appliance James could tell straight away what repair was required. Was it was correctly identified as being the required part was replaced and appliance was in fill working order. I was grateful for the timely intervention and repair. I will certainly keep NAC in mind if I need further assistance. Many thanks and well done for an excellent job.
