Knowing it was only a few days before Christmas, I wasn’t expecting to get an engineer out, let alone getting the oven fixed on Christmas Eve!

I was very impressed at such a quick response to my problem. The lovely gentleman who came to repair my dishwasher was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. It was a very small problem, a small screw that had come loose and the door would not close.

SOS call made on18th December. Paul came out and assessed the problem with the induction hob within 20mins determining it could not be fixed but a new one needed. Catering for 10 people 7 days later…he was so caring & understanding…sourcing someone in another county for a replacement. He then said he could come back & fit next day as he’d kept the next few days free for emergencies. Paul was just so kind and reinforced customer service as priority still exists!! Thank you Paul

It was easy to book an appointment. Got an email giving me a 2 hour slot. The engineer came when he said to repair my tumble dryer. He identified the problem, ordered the required part and returned 2 days later to fit it. Did exactly what was required and exactly what was promised. Thanks. Much appreciated
