Never used this company before, but would definitely use them again from the first phone call to them they were very friendly and helpful the service was second to none. They came out to look at my washer the next morning two very friendly and very helpful guys. Even though I decided not to repair my washer because it would probably have cost me more than buying a new one and it was 7 years old. But I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys

Our Siemens oven died on New Year’s Eve in the middle of cooking dinner. An alarm went off (a shock as we didn’t know it had one) and the display went red, so we switched it off. We’d never used a repair company in Devon before, but a bit of Googling brought up NAC and the reviews were excellent so I chose them. It was really easy to book online, and I could choose a day for the engineer to visit. An email and text confirmed the booking, and a further text message arrived the day before the visit with an approximate time. James arrived on time, was friendly, polite and very professional. He quickly worked out what the problem was, fixed it, tested the oven and was done – it couldn’t have been easier. For a little over £90 our oven was saved.
