First time I have used NAC and the service was excellent from the first contact by phone to the completion of the repair (by Mark the service engineer)
Head Office kept me up to date on timings and the part required was in stock on his van. For an emergency call out I felt the cost was very reasonable

The staff were very helpful, each tume I rang and the engineer, who fixed the washing machine, as well as being very nice, clearly new what he was doing and just got on with it!..
This company is very responsive and reliable. I have now used them twice, once to repair my Mother’s cooker and then to repair my tumble dryer. On both occasions the engineer was prompt, hugely knowledgeable and very polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue and arranged a rapid repair. Thank you.
