After an initial challenge of working to get the integrated washing machine out the engineer dutifully came back once I’d got the machine out and made it accessible. He diagnosed the issue and repaired our machine quickly and efficiently. Felt like good value with no additional cost for call-out a second time.

Got off to a bad start by not sending the promised text the evening before with expected arrival time, but they sent one once prompted first thing in the morning.
